  • 1. Questions about 7.5kw Kit at 2016-3
  • I have two questions
  • 1. Once the motor is installed do you still have pedals i.e. can you pedal the bike after it is out of power? Or as pedal assist?
  • 2. Can you recommend a bike to upgrade. A dealer who has good prices on this bike? (What bike is in your demo)?
  • 3. How important is front fork suspension on this because of the possible speeds involved? I can't tell if your bike has these or not. (Maybe if I keep looking closer. IDK).
  • 4. What are the minimum requirements for a bike? Does the motor continue to work with the derailleur /transmission on the back?
  • Thanks!
  • 1. Answer
  • Thank you for your interest in our products
  • See below information answers
  • 1. Yes you can pedal if the bicycle is out of power. Pedal assist is not working because
  • the Motors Power is too high
  • 2.We use a Giant Anthem X3 with upgrade in brakes (200mm rotors front + back) + big counterweights on the steering
  • Above is a good bike upgrade as a normal good bike does not require nothing else
  • 3. Front suspension is really important. We suggest Air suspension
  • Our Anthem has front + back suspension
  • 4.Front derailleur has triple chainwheel. 1 bigger 48T works with Motor and 2 other smaller chainwheels work with front bikes gears-derailleur
  • Back derailleur works also with all bikes gears
  • 2.Questions about 7.5kw Kit at 2016-3
  • What bike would work well with this, i would like to for some serious off road riding and would like to know what bike would be ideal for both the riding and the kit, thank you
  • 1.Answer
  • Thank you for your interest in our products
  • The best bicycle for this kit will be a bicycle with dual front-back air suspensions
  • and the most important is the rotors should have bigger diameter than 180mm (at least front )

  • 3.Questions about 1800watt Kit and 1920watt Electric Bike Kits  differences at 2016-2-11
  • A.Which of the following would you recommend for the aforementioned bike and what are the primary differences between these two kits 1800watt and 1920watt Electric Bike Kits ?
  • B. Instead of a 44/44/32 triple chainwheel, is it possible to use either a 44/34/24 or a 48/34/24 one? I plan on using the electric drive to assist when going uphill (<50%), as such speed is not an issue.
  • C. Considering this, what voltage level and capacity would you recommend for the battery?
  • 3. Answer:  Dear Mr Mar......
  • Thank you for your interest in our products
  • 1800watt and 1920watt have the below differences :
  • A. 1800watt kit is newer model and we suggest it because of smaller Bottom Bracket axis ISIS 148mm, Square taper BB 153mm (for 68-83mm) or Square taper BB 170mm (for 100-120mm BB).
  • 1920 motor takes only 190mm Bottom bracket Axis because of different motors dimensions.
  • For 100mm BB you will need Square taper 170mm for 100mm BB  shell width and you are fine. (when you choose in options tab for 100mm we sent you the 170 BB for 100mm BB).
  • B.Yes you can use whatever chainwheel you like just let us know, triple is better as outer chainwheel works with motors chain. Your bike has double
  • C.Voltage: It is better to take the higher voltage 36-72v with lipo battery that can be used at 48v 15Ah (6*2S+3P)= 72volt 10Ah (6*3S+2P) with lower voltage to assist on the uphill or higher voltage when you need to play
  • Thank you
  • 4. Questions about Cyclone PAS pedal Assis Sensor  and Cyclone motors types
  • Does Cyclone PAS pedal Assis Sensor works with all cyclone motors? How should i connect it to work?
  • Answer: Cyclone Pas works with all Cyclone controllers below and 3000watt motors and controllers, also at 200watt, 250watt-500watt motors with internal controller.
  • You connect the Pas with 2pin plug to controller (you can add throttle if you need) and you must connect 2 cyclone (double pin PAS) controller plugs together.
  • Then your cyclone kit will automatic work work after 2 pedals and throttle work only after 2 pedals
  • 5. Questions about All Cyclist Analysts connection with Cyclone motors-Controllers
  • Does Cyclone Controller has a plug to fit Cycle Analyst Version 2 or V3?
  • Answer: Cycle Analyst needs to be connected between battery and Cyclone controller with a shunt. Shunt connects on a 5pin to Analyst
